This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Software Engineering Manager based in Pune with some workfromhome flexibility. The Software Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers overseeing software development and design managing projects and ensuring the successful delivery of distributed systems. The role involves coordinating with crossfunctional teams making technical decisions and maintaining high standards of software quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Software Development and Software Design
- Experience in Team Leadership and Project Management
- Knowledge and experience in Distributed Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in technologies such as CAD or PLM
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or related field
