Job Description

This is a remote position.

Sales Executive IT Solutions (Zoho Products) TekyDoct


We are looking for a resultsdriven and resultoriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience preferably in the IT industry and with experience in selling Zoho products to become part of our growing team fulltime in Chennai under a hybrid work setup. If you have a passion for b2b sales and a knack for building relationships in a dynamic environment we d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive sales of Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho People Zoho One and other Zoho applications to businesses.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking and client meetings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions from TekyDoct s product and service along with Zoho solutions offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide postsales support when required.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated on Zoho product updates industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and stay competitive in the market.

Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads through networking industry events and partnerships.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and maintain a detailed sales pipeline.
  • Identify potential clients conduct product demos and close deals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert leads into successful deals.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report sales performance regularly.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies.
  • Use CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM) to manage customer information and sales activities.

B2B Sales:

  • Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred with the ability to engage and negotiate with corporate clients and business partners.
  • Develop and implement strategies to target business clients and drive longterm partnerships.

Crossfunctional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Provide customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Training & Upselling:

Educate clients on Zoho products and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional services.



Requirements


Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role preferably within the IT industry or a technologyfocused company.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and the ability to negotiate with corporate clients.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain longterm client relationships.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
