Key Responsibilities
Review and enhance design plans to improve the quality and effectiveness of treatment delivery.
Facilitate discussions between design teams and overseas orthodontists providing expert guidance on complex cases.
Integrate internal medical guidelines with the specific preferences of international clinicians ensuring alignment and clarity in treatment approaches.
Document and summarize cases to create reports that support continuous learning and professional development within the design team.
Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director.
Requirements
Master s degree or higher in Orthodontics with a valid professional certification.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in accredited dental clinics or institutions.
Proficiency in computer operations smart device usage and logistics systems.
Strong preference for candidates with experience working alongside international medical professionals.
Demonstrated ability to think analytically innovate and communicate effectively while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Fluent in spoken and written English with the ability to operate effectively in a global workplace.
Willingness to work in designated locations and travel internationally for assignments.
