About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and selfmotivated Technical Program Manager IT/Enterprise Engineering to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for planning and managing programs across IT Infrastructure Enterprise Systems and Enterprise Engineering. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful of largescale initiatives. Your expertise in program management technical operations and stakeholder engagement will be essential to drive effective planning and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex programs ensuring timely and successful completion.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable program plans.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels across business IT and external vendors.
Drive crossfunctional alignment and facilitate the resolution of blockers.
Monitor program progress manage risks and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Manage relationships with vendors and partners ensuring accountability and performance.
Support the implementation of governance frameworks and best practices for program management.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Management Business Management or related field.
5 years of experience in technical program and project management.
Strong background in engineering or software development.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs from inception to completion.
Experience with project management tools such as Confluence JIRA and Smartsheets.
Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problemsolving abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing programs in the technology sector especially within IT or corporate technology departments.
Certifications in PMP PgMP or Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with major enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Oracle EBS or SAP.
Knowledge of change management methodologies like Prosci.
Additional Information:
This is a remote role based in LATAM.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
