Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and implementation of Oracle PL/SQL applications.
- Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and guide team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Implement and enforce coding standards code management practices and unit testing.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing support to the development team.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements especially in finance or insurance sectors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of handson experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of coding standards code management unit testing and CI/CD.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to triage and resolve technical issues.
- Indepth knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level).
- Experience in the life insurance sector is an added advantage.
