We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual who can wear multiple hats and oversee the overall business operations. This role requires someone who can effectively manage and coordinate all teams and departments to ensure smooth daytoday functioning and longterm growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage crossfunctional teams across departments (e.g. marketing sales operations finance etc..
- Oversee the overall business strategy and ensure alignment across teams and projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to set clear goals KPIs and timelines for each team.
- Provide leadership and guidance to department managers ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies across the organization.
- Ensure the successful of both shortterm and longterm business objectives.
- Foster a positive and productive company culture that encourages innovation accountability and teamwork.
- Monitor business performance and lead efforts to address challenges troubleshoot issues and optimize results.
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and departments providing regular updates on progress and key initiatives.
- Take on special projects as needed and contribute to highlevel decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 10 years of experience including minimum 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple teams or departments.
- Relevant experience the fashion design industry.
- Strong ability to think strategically while handling daytoday operations.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks balance multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience with business operations budgeting and performance metrics.
- Ability to motivate and manage teams in a collaborative fastpaced environment.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
