As a Scrum Master you will:
- Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or two highperforming DevOps teams fostering an environment of mutual respect transparency and collaboration.
- Facilitate Scrum events ensuring alignment with Agile best practices and the SAFe framework.
- Support teams in achieving high levels of autonomy and alignment while improving predictability quality and Agile mindset.
- Identify and remove impediments ensuring the team stays focused on delivering value and meeting PI commitments.
- Promote automation of repetitive activities and drive continuous process and technical improvements.
- Ensure adherence to Agile guardrails the Definition of Done and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) Product Owners and other stakeholders to enhance Agile Release Train (ART) maturity.
- Work in an international multicultural setting with both onshore and offshore teams ensuring effective coordination and communication.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/SAFe environment within a corporate IT setting.
- Proven expertise in coaching Agile teams driving Agile mindset and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe) and DevOps principles.
- Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is a plus.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
