We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to oversee our finance operations specifically focusing on bank reconciliations and vendor payouts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial operations within the service industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Payouts
- Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations.
- Monitor daily banking transactions identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Manage vendor payments ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payment and reconciliation processes.
2. Team Management & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 8 accounts professionals ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews provide training and implement best practices.
- Assign responsibilities and oversee daily financial operations.
3. Financial Operations & Compliance
- Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory regulations.
- Handle financial audits and coordinate with auditors for smooth reporting.
- Maintain financial records and reports in adherence to accounting standards.
4. Process Optimization & Reporting
- Implement automation and process improvements for financial efficiency.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and present insights to senior management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Location: Corporate Office Beckbagan Kolkata
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in Finance & Accounts with experience in the service industry.
- Prior experience of working in multiple legal entities is essential.
- Proficiency in financial software & ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards GST TDS and compliance regulations.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Must have experience managing a team of 5 to 8 finance professionals.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
