Job Description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for:
- Managing endtoend recruitment for advanced manufacturing clients focusing on automobile and aerospace industries in Singapore.
- Delivering service excellence as a brand ambassador and consultative partner to hiring managers.
- Sourcing top talent using innovative search techniques and staying informed of industry trends.
- Mentoring team members and ensuring proactive communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
Work Setup: Hybrid Regular Shift at client office in Bangalore
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five years resultsoriented recruiting experience in Aerospace Industries
- Must have experience in Singapore Hiring
- Must have experience in handling Stakeholder directly
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated niche segment or industry expertise
- Proficiency in utilizing recruiting technologies and deep web sourcing techniques
- Strong adherence to documentation and compliance processes
