Job Description

Then become part of Rambolls Power Generation department. We work on both local and global energy projects including Bioenergy Energy from Waste Carbon Capture District Energy Heat pumps and other sustainable solutions.
Your new role
As our new Team Leader you will be a part of our department management team where you will help shape and expand our portfolio of projects within sustainable energy production. You will have direct staff responsibility for 810 employees and be their closest leader on a daily basis. It is a multi discipline team with employees who are specialized in the design maintenance and operation of power generation plants. We also have competences within project management and construction management.
The position is at our office in Copenhagen restad. We have a strong focus on the Danish market but there will also be opportunities to engage on international projects and with colleagues across the world.
- Your main responsibilities will include:
- Being a role model for the team and lead the daily operation in an efficient way
- Resource management and commercial project management including internal budget control change management internal risk management.
- Project management including internal and external reporting preparation and management of meetings and coordination of project interfaces.
- Support the preparation and pricing of tenders for consultancy services
- Work closely with technical and subject matter experts
- Managing stakeholders including clients and partners
- Collaboration with colleagues from different Ramboll divisions
- Client engagement
- Engage in the overall development of the team and business area
About you

- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 7 years of consulting management or project management experience in consulting contractor or other relevant industry.
- Commercial awareness and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills written and spoken Danish and a high level of English
- Motivated to learn and grow in a highly skilled team
- Empathetic leadership skills with a desire to support and develop your employees
- Team spirit proactively engaging with others and offering support when needed
