We are looking for a CyberSecurity Service Manager in the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the security of systems ensuring optimal performance security and reliability.
Responsabilities:
- Implementation and continuous improvement of IT service management processes
- Definition and monitoring of key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of IT services
- Coordination and supervision of technical support teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services
- Collaboration with other areas of the organization to ensure integration of IT services with business objectives
- Management of incidents problems and changes
- Ensuring compliance with information security standards and IT governance
- Risk and Communication Management
- Projects monitoring
Qualifications :
- Higher education in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Systems or related areas;
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management or a similar role
- Experience in IT in Infrastructure area and/or Cybersecurity;
- knowledge / experience in Methodologies of work (e.g.: ITIL Agile PMP)
- Understanding of the best security practices and tools
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to service management
- Excellent capacity of communication and adaptability to the project
- Good Level of English
