Job Description
The Global Data Services Specialist will work as part of the Marketing Operations team reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Project Manager. The role includes updating and maintaining data in CRM to the highest quality specifically company URL. Enriching data is an essential task to ensure that IFS can reach as many prospects as possible across our global footprint.
This is a projectbased role on a 6month initial basis with potential for extension and/or permanent position. It involves collaboration with teams across the globe together with understanding both advertising and analytics inside of different tech platforms.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities
- Using CRM LinkedIn and Demand base this is a fixed term project to enrich our prospect and customer data.
- Finding priority accounts that do not have a URL and researching the correct global URL including duplication checks.
- Validating the current URL in CRM for accounts through a series of steps including ABM tool Demand base and LinkedIn to measure the reach of the accounts.
- Working with regional marketing teams to check and validate URLs where needed.
- Perform bulk updates in CRM as required based on the findings.
Qualifications :
Undergraduate degree ideally with a focus in Business Marketing Engineering or a any subject which involves data analysis (or relevant training/experience)
Competence:
- Strong affinity for accuracy and a data lover at the core
- Fluency in Microsoft Excel
- Communication skills as you will be required to work with global team on data validation issues
- Affinity and enthusiasm to learn to work in new business systems and the ability to quickly learn analyze and execute requests.
- Project management skills a must to remain organized in the face of a fastpaced work environment.
- A good understanding of digital marketing is a nice to have.
