Job Description
We are seeking a Hungarianspeaking VIPSupport manager of for one of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer requests through various communication channels (mostly chats and emails less phone calls).
- Assisting clients with simple questions related to finance stocks and the platform.
- Recording and maintaining a database of customer requests with a focus on quality work and compliance with SLAs.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at the initial level working on indicators.
- Collecting information about emerging issues and passing them on to senior colleagues.
- Informing customers about available bonuses and promotions
- Communicating with the audience at different stages of the customer lifecycle and at the request of the client;
- Effective time managing and task prioritizing.
- Working with Tableau REA Backoffice.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer service.
- Attention to detail.
- Hard work ethic.
- Analytical skills and basic data skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of English (B1 level).
- Knowledge of Hungarian (native speaker and/or C1 level).
