Job Description
This role is a PTC salary banding
In your role as Administrator you will...
- Complete day to day administration activities to support the Commercial Sales Manager including reporting & tracking
- Work with the Commercial Sales Manager to handle incoming requests for pricing
- Support the hotels with their locally negotiated corporate rate process including training hotel teams and calling new business leads to convert into hotel clients
- Load rates into the property management system (PMS) and Global Distribution System (GDS)
- Maintain and improve our hotels visibility on Global Distribution System working alongside our GDS provider
- Check and approve agency commission claims
