We are seeking a reliable and personable Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for visitors clients and staff. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office managing daytoday administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining an organized welcoming and efficient office environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients providing them with a professional and welcoming experience
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Schedule appointments meetings and conference room reservations
Maintain a clean and organized front office area
Provide administrative support to staff as needed including preparing documents and reports
Assist with data entry and maintaining office records
Handle office supplies and inventory management
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all visitors and clients
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in a front office or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications preferred
