Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients handling inquiries and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a problemsolving mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
Provide accurate and timely information regarding services and company policies
Assist with client account management documentation and data entry
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest improvements
Maintain and update client records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Prepare reports and summaries on client interactions and service trends
Support administrative tasks related to client service operations
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in client service customer support or a related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred
