Taking Preventive action to minimise the downtime and improve the machine availability and improve Maintenance KPI.
Expert in PLC programming in various scripts in Various brands (Siemens Allen Bradly Omron.
Knowledge on Lab view and Scada programming skills.
Hands On experience in different communication protocols.
Knowledge on UR Cobot programming and trouble shooting.
Development of control circuit as per process required.
Expert on troubleshooting repair and maintenance of production equipment / UR Cobot.
Planning and of Preventive maintenance as per schedule
Spare parts management
Qualifications :
Diploma / BE in E&C and Mechanical
Additional Information :
Planning and performing the preventive Maintenance activities
Working on TPM activities towards production machines
