Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent onboarding experience: Train and drive customers to success through enablement on product features environment setup and prototyping implementationvital features.
- Design & Develop Solutions: Help customers realize value from requirements gathering through development and delivery of embedded analytics software solutions using Logi analytics products.
- Serve as the goto product expert: Document and recommend bestpractices used by the most successful Logi customers evangelize for proper use of the product.
- Drive Customer Success: Form an opinion on what Logis customers need to be successful and advocate for the customer base internally.
Qualifications :
Experience Level: 6 years in a similar Professional Services role requiring consulting with 3 years in relevant technologies.
Experience
- Experience in a customerfacing role mapping customer requirements to software solutions
- Experience providing technical consulting on the development of datacentric web applications.
- Experience with frontend development with professional experience using HTML CSS and Javascript
- Experience navigating Windows and Linux OS
- Working knowledge of containers and microservices architecture
- Intermediate experience with at least one relational database flavor of SQL (SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle) with knowledge of the following concepts.
- Writing a SQLbased query
- Stored procedures
- Table valued functions
- CTE statements
- Hierarchies
- Indexes performance tuning and other advanced concepts
- Basic experience shell scripting
Experience and working knowledge of the following topics are good to have and a plus.
- Deploying software to cloud environments including AWS and/or Azure
- Kubernetes
- Node.js
- Software development practices (e.g. Software Development Life Cycle Agile methodology)
- Version Control Systems (e.g. Git) and IDEs (e.g. Eclipse Visual Studio)
- Modern frontend solutions (e.g. AngularJS ReactJS VueJS)
- Backend languages and concepts (e.g. Java EE ASP C# Spring Boot Python)
- NoSQL/Search database engines (e.g. MongoDB Elasticsearch Cassandra Cosmos DB)
