60 of billings; Yes new grads are welcome compensation depends on how many hours they commit and their retention rates. We offer them a competitive 60/40 percent split 60 for practitioner). We have a great culture at synergy with a high new patient inflow so practitioners get booked up quickly. Very nice location in Richmond as well which is attached to a medical clinic so referrals are very steady. Please let me know if you have any other questions. We also offer a benefit plan (if they are working exclusively for synergy) / we also cover approved courses for practitioners when they are upping their skills for specializations.
