Position: Online Customer Support Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various online channels. This position is fulltime and can be done remotely from anywhere in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email live chat and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products services and company policies
Assist customers with placing orders tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
12 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in an online or remote setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in using various online communication tools and platforms
Knowledge of architectural panels and steel products is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be located in US and able to work fulltime during regular business hours
