Education/Experience
Education University Degree is a must
Experience Good knowledge of Egypt travel management

  • Build maintain and manage a prospective customer database as agreed with the Business Development Director/Head of Commercial. Ensure that CWT is included on the tender list of each potential client within the prospect database.

  • Conduct regular calls and meetings with prospective customers.

  • Produce and distribute introductory letters accompanied by approved point of sale material and to follow up such letters with the aim of securing an appointment / sales visit.

  • Contribute to the design production and effective delivery of high quality sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.

  • Ensure all appointments and proposals illustrate CWT M&E in a highly professional yet competitive light with the end goal of securing the prospective business within an agreed pricing range.

  • Work closely with the team on the submission of proposals providing information and advice as well as approving the final documentation.

  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement to close sales.

  • Liaise with Branch Regional or designated Programme Management for the implementation and handover plan of new aquired M&E business.

  • Be responsible for updating and amending increasing the customer database and ensure that CWT is included on the tender list of each major potential client

  • Ensure that the CRM is kept up to date in accordance with agreed guidelines and reflects all sales activities undertaken and planned.

  • Attend trade shows and networking events as required

  • Handle the implementation of new clients in coordination with Global/Local Program Managers till the stabilization of account 36 month from go live)

  • Responsible for all M&E department complain management till resolution with client

  • Upsell M&E services to existing Business Travel clients and develop the client base to include all Business travel clients who have M&E spend

  • Increase the growth ratio of M&E share from existing M&E or BT clients

  • Respond to all local/global M&E bids in coordination with BD Director/M&E Operations Manager/Head of Commercial

  • Responsible for generating all required reports/analysis for M&E clients from available tools sources and with the support of M&E Operations Manager and M&E accountant

General

  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum personnel morale productivity and efficiency/ effectiveness.

  • Project at all times a favorable image of CWT to promote its aims and objectives to foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance in each of its areas and endeavors.

Maintain a good understanding of CWTs tools technology and products
