Location: Malta (Onsite)

We have exciting opportunities for DutchSpeaking Customer Support to join our team in sunny Malta! If you are looking for a rewarding role in a dynamic and impactful environment this is the job for you!
Your responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Specialist 70 of your role):
Respond to customer questions and complaints professionally via email or live chat (no phone calls).
Provide accurate valid and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
Meet customer support targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and make decisions in line with defined policies and guidelines.
Escalate policy violations and instances of fraud using internal tools.
Requirements:
Native Dutch speaker and intermediate English (B2 level).
Technical skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel Word) is a plus.
No prior experience necessary we value your drive and dedication to improving the digital world!
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick accurate decisions.
