Your Role:
- Moderate digital content in French ensuring it aligns with our platforms guidelines and community standards.
- Quickly identify and remove harmful content including hate speech violent material and discriminatory content.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming space by reviewing and responding to usergenerated content.
- Collaborate with a global team to resolve more complex content moderation challenges.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and best practices in online safety and content moderation.
- Meet performance targets while ensuring all decisions meet highquality standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.
- Previous experience in content moderation community management or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to make quick decisions and apply policies fairly and consistently.
- Detailoriented with the ability to identify problematic content swiftly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Passion for creating safe positive online communities and protecting digital spaces.
