- Assess and review online content in German ensuring it meets all platform policies and regulations.
- Act decisively to remove or flag inappropriate content including offensive language violent imagery and discriminatory remarks.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to handle challenging content moderation issues and create effective solutions.
- Monitor trends and stay updated on emerging threats to online safety and digital integrity.
- Ensure that moderation decisions are consistent and comply with community standards helping to foster trust and transparency.
What We Need From You:
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to liaise with other team members and departments.
- Prior experience in content moderation online community management or digital safety is a bonus.
- Ability to make quick and fair decisions under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for maintaining a positive online experience for users of all backgrounds.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays when needed.
