Our client is a topnotch banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Design and execute the Bank s talent strategy ensuring alignment with short mid and longterm business goals.
Lead and oversee succession planning initiatives for key managerial and expert roles.
Develop and monitor policies for attracting nurturing and retaining top talent while staying competitive in the banking and finance industry.
Supervise and direct the operations of the Talent Management Center.
Contribute to the overall HR strategy providing expert advice to senior leadership on talent management policies.
Continuously evaluate talent programs and recommend strategic improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Master s degree or above in HR Management Business Administration Finance or related disciplines.
Minimum 8 years in talent management or human resources including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Strong leadership with a strategic mindset and expertise in policy development.
Excellent negotiation presentation and decisionmaking capabilities.
Analytical proficiency in HR performance and workforce planning.
Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and HRM/ERP/Talent Management Systems.
Agile innovative thinker with the ability to perform under highpressure environments.
