Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Real Estate or similar fields
- With at least 10 years of experience in corporate planning financial planning business planning business development or other similar roles in real estate industry
- Has solid experience in financial modelling
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the corporate strategic planning initiatives and identifying new business opportunities in the real estate industry
- Conduct market research and perform analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats in the land sector
- Identify and asses potential business opportunities including acquisitions partnerships and joint ventures
- Develop business proposals financial models and presentations to support decisionmaking and investment opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as landowners developers brokers and government agencies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders which includes senior management finance legal and operations teams to drive business development efforts
- Monitor industry developments regulatory changes and market trends to inform strategic planning and decisionmaking
- Prepare and present reports proposals and recommendations to senior management and board of directors
