Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology Chemical Engineering Nutrition or other related program
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in research and development particularly with food ingredients
- Extensive background in endtoend product development
- Expertise in food quality and safety
- Solid experience in leading a team and overseeing the research laboratory
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation of laboratory activities and processes in the assigned laboratory category
- Collaborate with different teams such as Sales Marketing Operations Technical and QA
- Conduct research product development and improvement
- Endtoend product development process
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
