Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Account Brand Manager with a strong background in brand management strategic thinking and positioning expertise. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing brand strategies for our clients leveraging both creative and analytical skills to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Lead the creation and of brand strategies that align with client objectives. Develop positioning messaging and strategic plans to drive brand growth and market presence.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts across various verticals including media sales digital content and research vendors to pull together cohesive strategies for diverse projects.
- Project Management: Manage endtoend brand projects from concept development to ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations timelines and budgets.
- Marketing Plan Development: Build detailed and actionable marketing plans for clients ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Develop both individual marketing efforts and larger integrated campaigns that span digital and traditional channels.
- RFP Customization & New Business: Assist in crafting and customizing RFPs for new business opportunities showcasing your ability to communicate brand strategies effectively to potential clients.
- Performance Optimization: Innovate and implement creative solutions to optimize performance and drive growth using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with clients ensuring consistent communication understanding of their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Presentation & Reporting: Develop highquality presentations and reports (primarily in PowerPoint) to communicate strategy performance metrics and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- DeadlineOriented: Ensure all projects are executed on time within budget and to the highest standards effectively managing competing priorities and timelines.
Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand management or strategic marketing ideally with experience in the packaged goods industry and/or a branding agency environment.
- Strategic & Creative Thinking: Strong ability to think strategically while also being able to creatively problemsolve and develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Marketing Expertise: Proficient in building marketing plans budgeting and executing individual and integrated marketing efforts.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiar with sales media planning digital content collateral creation and working with both qualitative and quantitative feedback loops.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Ability to develop clear compelling presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities with a proven track record of using insights to guide strategy and decisionmaking.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using a variety of tools and platforms to manage projects build reports and track performance (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite marketing analytics tools).
- SelfSufficient: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision demonstrating initiative and ownership over projects and client relationships.
- DeadlineDriven: Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Preferred Skills: - Experience in creating and executing digital content strategies.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation software.
- Background in working with RFPs and new business proposals.
