About the role
The Accounting Manager will oversee the management and oversight of the accounting team monthend closing financial statement review and audits. This position will also assist with streamlining accounting processes improving financial reporting and perform advanced accounting tasks. Responsible for excellent communication between the accounting team operations and ownership.
- Client based accounting and reporting
- Supervising a team of accountants
- Drive performance and develop talent
- Execute accounting department initiatives and projects
- Ensure compliance with thirdparty client accounting policies and procedures
- Facilitate monthly generation of client financials

Experience
- Bachelors degree in accounting
- 8 years or more of related experience required
- 3 years of handson managerial experience required
- CPA preferred
- Selfdriven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve problems
- Strong process and system focus
- Strong time management; must be able to shift and reprioritize workload for self and team
- High level of accuracy; attention to detail; Strong reconciliation skills
- Professional conduct when interacting with subordinates peers clients and upper management
- Able to exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Strong adherence to company policies and procedures
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
