What we are looking for
The Senior Product Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing Brites product strategy from our Stockholm office. Reporting to the VP of Product you will be a key driver in developing our product suite ensuring productmarket fit and expanding into new verticals and markets. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining our product culture enhancing ways of working and driving a bestinclass approach to product development.
Responsibilities
Define and articulate the strategic vision and roadmap for your domain aligning with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and high performance.
Drive product evangelism championing your domains vision and value proposition across the organization and to external partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for CXOlevel executives and other senior leaders providing regular updates on product strategy progress and performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial engineering and other crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment and collaboration.
Oversee the development and of short mid and longterm product roadmaps ensuring efficient and structured delivery.
Establish and monitor key product and development performance metrics (KPIs) using datadriven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Analyze market trends competitive landscape and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Required skills and experience
5 years of progressive experience in product management with a proven track record of leading product strategy and in complex environments preferably within the fintech or payments industry.
B.Sc or higher in Engineering Economics Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree (M.Sc. or MBA) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
Experience in mentoring and developing product managers fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Deep understanding of the payments industry including regulatory landscapes (e.g. PSD2 emerging technologies and competitive dynamics.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences including CXOlevel executives.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Preferred skills
Proven experience in Open Banking and navigating regulated financial environments.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling merchantfacing payment products.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
