Requirements:
Higher education a degree in economics is an advantage.
Experience in insurance telesales sales or call center is an advantage.
Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone: clear and structured speech ease of expression persuasive ability active listening and good diction.
Customer and collaborationoriented approach.
English conversational level.
Responsibilities:
Contact existing and/or potential customers both individuals and businesses to promote/sell the companys products.
Manage the customer portfolio (renewals crosssell upsell installments etc..
Achieve performance targets according to the companys sales criteria and plans.
Generate sales opportunities for the direct sales team; schedule meetings for the direct sales force with potential customers or arrange customer participation in sales presentations.
Provide consultancy to customers through the online sales portal.
Contribute to the review/optimization of sales scripts to better address the needs and interests of specific customers.
