With growing operations nationwide Camphost is building the most trusted and scalable platform in the space.
The Role
Were looking for a handson General Manager of RV Operations to launch and lead our Denver location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field knows how to manage teams and vehicles and is energized by growth. Youll be the goto person for everything from operations to team building vehicle readiness and customer experience.
What Youll Do
Oversee daytoday operations: fleet maintenance logistics customer service and inventory management.
Build and manage a highperforming team (techs drivers support staff).
Ensure all vehicles are clean documented and ready for rental or delivery.
Foster strong relationships with RV owners providing clear and consistent communication.
Coordinate vehicle handoffs turnarounds and deliveries.
Monitor and optimize key operational and financial metrics.
Lead hiring onboarding and scheduling for your location.
Collaborate with HQ to implement tools and systems across sites.
Support fleet growth via onboarding new units and assisting with local outreach.
Handle escalated issues and coordinate with tech support and vendors for fast resolution.
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience in operations logistics hospitality automotive or RV sectors.
Proven leadership in handson environments (fleet rental or servicebased ideal).
Familiarity with vehicle repair maintenance and inspection workflows.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Comfortable with tools like Slack Notion Motion and CRM platforms.
Budgetsavvy and resultsoriented.
Thrive in a fastpaced startupstyle setting.
Valid drivers license (CDL a plus).
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary: $60000$100000 based on experience
