You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a proactive and detailoriented with a strong understanding of eCommerce influencer marketing customer relationship management (CRM) and automation tools. You should be fluent in English with experience in CRMs and Influencer Marketing. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to excelling in this role.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify se and clean influencer leads across Instagram TikTok and YouTube.
Conduct outreach and followup communication
2. Onboarding&Coordination:
Ensure clients ship products to influencers promptly.
Set up affiliate accounts and provide influencers with all necessary information.
Monitor automated messaging to ensure smooth onboarding and CRM flow.
Respond to email inquiries professionally and efficiently.
3. CampaignMonitoring&FollowUps:
Track influencer campaigns and ensure posts go live as scheduled.
Communicate with influencers to address issues or delays in posting.
Collaborate with influencers postcampaign to foster repeat partnerships.
Provide guidance to influencers on improving campaign performance.
Craft Influencer content strategies
4. CRMManagement:
Maintain accurate records of influencer communications and campaign stages
Offer creative feedback to influencers to enhance promotional efforts.
Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers for longterm collaboration.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency with CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive) and automation tools.
Organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Problemsolving mindset and a passion for relationship building.
Familiarity with Shopify/TikTok Shop or Amazon
