The Go to Market (GTM) Optimization and Business Health team has a simple mission: we turn massive amounts of data into robust tools and actionable insights that drive business value and provide best in class experience to our money movement clients. Our team is working to build consolidated strategic and scalable operational and analytics infrastructure to support best in class payments platforms.
Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for owning the analytic function for GTM business and performance metrics both periodic and ad hoc . Specific activities may include:
- Become the subject expert on all things related to GTM business reporting
- Own data and processes for daily monthly and quarterly executive reporting suites ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Coordinate across product and metric owners to define key metrics and followup on any outliers or deviations
- Create and maintain performance and monitoring dashboards around internal GTM business metrics including sales data client care case performance and CRM metrics
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies and data quality issues
- Serve as a liaison to strategic business partners to understand their needs and propose and build fit for purpose solutions
- Perform periodic and ad hoc endtoend analyses to identify operational and business opportunities to drive Best in Class performance
- Work with stakeholders to understand the root problems define analytical objectives and formalize data requirements for various types of dashboards and analyses
- Design and launch robust and intuitive Tableau and Power BI dashboards supporting best in class money movement client experience
- Create and present analytic deliverables to colleagues in the analytics team other internal stakeholders with varying degrees of analytical and technical expertise
- Distill massive amounts of data across disparate data sources into efficient functional data repositories in a Big Data environment
- Independently perform analysis to derive insights and render robust thoughtful results
- Develop presentations of complex data and content for clients and stakeholders in an accurate understandable and engaging manner
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Understanding of payments and operational client care functions Expert proficiency in data visualization including Tableau Power BI and PowerPoint
- Big Data skills including SQL and ETL experience
- Functional knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java and/or Shell Scripting to support automation and data cleansing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP/CRM tools
- Proficiency manipulating data from a variety of sources Big data skills (Hadoop Hive Spark) and/or SQL skills required.
- Able to talk data with technology partners
- Strong verbal written and interpersonal skills with the ability to summarize complex topics into easy to understand pieces
- Proficient in all MS Office applications
- Strong strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to interact and manage stakeholders globally and across timezones
- Visa experience or knowledge of the payments industry
Additional Information :
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 128000 to 187500 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
