What Youll Be Doing
You will be joining CIBCs Shared Platform Technology (SPT) as a Sr. Consultant in ECIS Governance team. This role is responsible for designing implementing and monitoring governance frameworks facilitating audits and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risks.

How Youll Succeed
Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute to governance & audit roadmaps that are aligned with the banks vision strategy and business objectives.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with various stakeholders to address compliance gaps. Develop and maintain corporate governance framework policies and procedures
Relationship building Serve as a liaison between management auditors and regulatory bodies.
Leveraging technology Become a technology expert by ensure that ECIS adheres to statutory regulatory and industry standards
Who You Are
You can demonstrate 810 years experience software development cycle with at least 2 years in the Governance and Audit areas
Have facilitate Governance weekly meetings including agenda preparation documentation and followups
Plan execute and oversee internal and external audits
Identify risks and weakness in internal controls and recommend corrective actions
Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
