Job Description
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or F&B staff.
- Coordinating amenity deliveries and replenishment of room amenities.
- Attend to guest/customer requests and assigned errands promptly.
- Perform various food and beverage servicerelated duties as required
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage crowds and remain calm under pressure
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
