Job Posting: Corporate Paralegal
About Our Client One of Canada's leading business law firms is seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in commercial real estate or conveyancing looking to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assist senior paralegals with transactions including due diligence searches (e.g. Corporate Bank Act Court Registry PPSA) minute book reviews and postclosing matters.

Prepare routine documents for BC and federal entities such as incorporations/organizations amalgamations continuations capital alterations name changes dissolutions restorations and related corporate registry filings.

Prepare documents for issuing transferring and redeeming shares declaring dividends and drafting other required resolutions.

Handle business name and extraprovincial registrations updates and cancellations.

Coordinate communications with clients other offices law firms and agents.
Qualifications

Graduate of a recognized Paralegal Program.

Knowledge of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and Canada Business Corporations Act.

Highly organized detailoriented with exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook BC Online Adobe and ALF Corporate.

Strong work ethic a positive attitude and excellent written and oral communication skills.
