Tasks

The Director of Business Operations & Strategy (m/f/d) plays a key role to drive strategic align global monetization strategies and optimize

processes that scale advertising revenue. You will work closely with CLevel executives regional teams and product sales and finance leaders to build a highly efficient advertising machine. The position holder reports to the SVP Advertising and Commercialization and is based in Berlin Germany with expectations to transition from remote to hybrid model.

  • Develop and execute global strategy to scale advertising & retail media monetization across all Avolta business lines
  • Ensure operational efficiency by standardizing agreements automating processes and integrating with finance & sales teams
  • Drive revenue growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize pricing media assets and gotomarket
  • Lead strategic alignment across regional teams category management and media sales functions
  • Provide CEOlevel insights through structured reporting on KPIs revenue models and investment impact

Requirements

  • 8 years experience in strategy consulting or highgrowth AdTech/Media/Retail companies
  • Expertise in Media/Marketing Digital Advertising or Retail Monetization
  • Strong financial acumen ability to structure monetization models track performance and optimize ROI
  • Stakeholder leadership experience working across large matrixed organizations
  • Fluent in English speech and writing; additional language is an asset
  • Effectively communicate strategies and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup setting
  • Travel required as necessary for customerfacing activities and team collaboration
