Job Description
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Facility: The Lodge at Pine Creek
Location: 825 Hunt Rd Baytown TX 77521
Type: Permanent (FTE)
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (MF No weekend rotation)
Hourly Range: $43.38 $46.24
Hours: 30 per week
Description:
The Lodge at Pine Creek is seeking a dedicated SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to provide highquality therapy services to residents. The ideal candidate will assess diagnose and treat speech language and swallowing disorders to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement speech language and swallowing therapy programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Active SLP license in Texas.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
