We are seeking an energetic and detailoriented HR Generalist to join our HR Team at Experian EMAP. In this role you will report to the HRD Regional Functions & Transformation Lead for EMEA & APAC and will support the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the COO Team focusing on data analysis HR administration and project support. What you will do:
- Compile structure and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for HRBPs and leadership.
- Provide regular and adhoc reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates employee engagement and other key performance metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Provide datadriven insights and recommendations to HRBPs to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Prepare correspondence arrange meetings and process reports and other HR documents.
- Help handle employee queries written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.
- Help implement organizational design initiatives to optimize team structures and workflows.
- Help implement talent development programs for the Product and Technology teams.
- Work closely with the team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Support the planning and monitoring of HR projects specific to the Product and Technology teams.
- Assist HRBPs in various global and regional HR projects and initiatives including talent management succession planning workforce planning.
Qualifications :
We expect you to bring:
- 2 years of HR industry experience preferably with a growing organization in resolving complex employee relations issues through performance management.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Professionals in Human Resources (PHR) or other HR certifications.
- Proficiency in using HR software.
- Handson experience in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel.
