Job Description
t least 5 years of relevant experience as Scrum master using Scrum // SAFe Agile methodologies with PSM/CSM SAFe ceritifications. With over experience ranging from 10 to 12 years
BFS client or domain experience is added advance
Excellent Communication skills is a musthave. The scrum leaders are expected to communicate across the Platform(s) (multiple PODs and groups) for Risks Dependencies planning and Status. A suitable candidate should be able to present the team’s progress in multiple leadership meetings able to answer questions related to planning dependencies risks releases Metrics etc.
Able to perform multiple tasks during the day and summarize the status at the end of the day for onsite handover
Able to participate and contribute Program Increment planning in SAFe model and be able to generate Roadmaps
Excellence in JIRA Confluence and various reporting with respect to agile metrices
Manage multiple and cross functional team members on scrum POD and ensure that the release and sprint goals are achieved
The work happens in a fast pace competitive environment and hence the right candidate should be aware of the progress be able to predict the pitfalls and plan ahead.
