Job Description
Teaching Management
- Plan and oversee bilingual curriculum evaluate teaching effectiveness and manage teaching resources.
Teacher Management
- Handle recruitment training and performance appraisal of teachers and foster teamwork.
Student Management
- Monitor academic progress manage behavior and offer college counseling.
International Education
- Promote exchanges organize cross cultural activities and build international partnerships.
Administrative Management
- Implement school policies and participate in budget management.
Innovation and Development
- Drive teaching reforms encourage educational research and enhance brand image.
Parent and Community Relations
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with the community to expand resources.
Crisis Management
- Develop emergency response plans and address teaching related issues promptly.
Other
- Fulfill additional tasks assigned by the principal.
Requirements
- Male age is under 40. Doctorate in education or educational administration with experience in international education systems and as a vice principal or similar role.

- Ability to handle complex situations and emergencies.
- Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and good professional ethics.
- Strong academic background and educational philosophy to drive innovation.
