Responsibilities:
Assist the principal in developing the school s strategic plan and ensure its implementation.
Support the principal in daily operations including scheduling meetings handling documents and relaying information.
Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure smooth operations.
Help address student and parent complaints and feedback resolving issues promptly to protect the school s reputation.
Undertake other tasks assigned by the principal.
Requirements
PhD holder or candidate in international education educational administration education or related fields; under 40 years old.
Strong organizational coordination and communication skills to drive work forward effectively.
Highly responsible and executionoriented capable of completing tasks independently.
School management experience or related work experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with education industry policies and regulations and a good sense of professional ethics and teamwork.
