This person will work onsite providing level 1 enduser support to local employees and developing technical support materials such as user guides and walkthroughs.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in writing creative simple userfocused support content.
- 1 years of professional technical troubleshooting expertise on operating systems including Windows Mac iOS and Android.
- Demonstrated exceptional writing and editing skills following a style guide.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with exploring AI tools to improve content and efficiency.
