Were seeking a talented Desktop Support Engineer L2 to join our team in Belgium & Netherlands to support the local offices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support for Windows and Mac operating systems including installation troubleshooting and configuration.
- Offer comprehensive support for Office 365 applications with a focus on Teams and general office productivity tools.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide support for SharePoint ensuring seamless collaboration and file sharing.
- Assist with mobile device support addressing user queries and resolving technical issues.
- Manage meeting room and audio/video equipment ensuring smooth operation for all events.
- Support live broadcast events providing technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of retailspecific issues and provide tailored support.
- Communicate effectively in Dutch and English both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
