Role: Finance Executive
Location: Mohali
Experience:45 Years
Shift : CST (Onsite)
We are looking for a detailoriented Finance Executive with 45 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial data generating insightful reports and supporting strategic decisionmaking through accurate analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Generate financial forecasts variance analysis and trend reports.
- Assist in budget preparation cost control and profitability analysis.
Data Management & Insights:
- Manage and maintain financial databases dashboards and reports.
- Extract insights from financial data to support business strategy and decisionmaking.
Automation & Process Improvement:
- Implement automation tools to streamline financial reporting and reduce manual efforts.
- Work with ERP/CRM systems for efficient financial data management.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Support internal audits reconciliations and taxrelated reporting.
- MBA in Finance or related field
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- 45 years of experience in financial reporting analysis and forecasting.
- Experience with ERP/CRM tools for financial data management.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automation of financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting cost analysis and financial modeling.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Handson experience in:
- Building consolidated books
- Financial reporting
- Budgeting
- Financial analysis
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g. MRR ARR CAC LTV Churn)
