Job Description
We re seeking a highly organized Admin Assistant to be the backbone of our thriving surf education business! In this role you ll provide crucial support that allows our founder to focus on creative content and business growth while you handle the essential daytoday operations. You ll manage our online presence through Squarespace support our global student community and assist with both business and personal administrative tasks. This position offers the perfect blend of routine responsibilities and varied challenges with opportunities to grow as our business expands into new ventures including resort development and app creation. Responsibilities
- Manage our Squarespace website including creating new pages publishing blog posts and ensuring smooth order fulfillment
- Support our student community by processing course enrollments transfers and responding to basic inquiries
- Assist with quarterly newsletter communications using Campaign Monitor
- Research and compile information for business projects such as property development and app creation
- Help organize travel arrangements including flights accommodations and processing travelrelated claims
- Assist with personal administrative tasks such as utility applications and financial research
- Maintain daily communication to ensure consistent progress on priorities
- Follow and help improve our documented work procedures
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance efficiency with content creation and research tasks
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills with a Pepper Potts level of attention to detail
- Experience with content management systems like Squarespace (no coding required)
- Selfmotivated learner who can master new systems through tutorials and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining regular checkins
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Campaign Monitor knowledge a plus)
- Comfort with using AI tools to enhance productivity
- Logical thinking and problemsolving abilities
