As a Public Works Estimator you will play a key role in preparing project proposals and calculating construction costs. You will meticulously analyze project files including topographical surveys plans and specifications. Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders you will create compelling offers by estimating required resources materials and personnel. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze calls for tenders and project documents to identify market opportunities.
  

• Control quantities and request quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  

• Define methods and resources required for project .
  

• Develop preliminary schedules and calculate project cost prices.
  

• Organize closing meetings and assist in establishing final sale prices.
  

• Support the submission file preparation and draft price justifications.
  

• Ensure smooth transition of awarded projects to teams.
  

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in public works (minimum 3 years).
  

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  

• Meticulous precise and deadlinedriven.
  

• Team player with excellent communication abilities.
  

• Creative problem solver capable of working autonomously under pressure.

Languages Required:

• French: Native/Bilingual (daily use).
