This is a remote position.
About the Role
AWISEE is seeking a Telegram Ads Specialist to plan launch and optimize advertising campaigns on Telegram Ads and Telegram communities. The ideal candidate has experience with crypto fintech iGaming SaaS or other highengagement industries leveraging Telegram s advertising ecosystem for lead generation and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Telegram Ads campaigns to drive traffic engagement and conversions.
Optimize targeting strategies using Telegram s ad platform bots and community promotions.
Manage sponsored messages channel promotions and inapp advertising.
Research and negotiate ad placements in highly active Telegram groups and channels.
A/B test creatives copy and audience segmentation for maximum ROI.
Track campaign performance metrics (CTR CPC CPA conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with Telegram s advertising policies and community guidelines.
Work closely with content growth and marketing teams to align ad strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in Telegram advertising community growth or crypto/iGaming/SaaS marketing.
Strong understanding of Telegram Ads Manager paid promotions and Telegram bots.
Experience running targeted ad campaigns in niche communities.
Ability to track and analyze ad performance engagement metrics and ROI.
Familiarity with crypto fintech iGaming or other fastgrowing digital industries (preferred).
Strong negotiation skills for sponsored post placements in top Telegram groups.
