What you will do:
1. Affiliate Program Management:
Assist in campaign setup and management.
Recruit and maintain relationships with affiliates.
2. Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Monitor affiliate performance using tracking tools.
Generate performance reports and identify improvement areas.
3. Content & Promotion Support:
Help affiliates create promotional content.
Work with the marketing team for consistent messaging.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Research industry trends and competitors strategies.
5. Coordination & Communication:
Serve as a contact point for affiliates and resolve queries.
Collaborate with internal teams.
6. Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Monitor for fraudulent activities.
Requirements
Basic understanding of digital marketing/affiliate marketing.
Familiarity with affiliate networks.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset for data interpretation.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Knowledge of paid advertising or content marketing is a plus.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related fields.
Freshers with internship experience in digital marketing preferred.
